NEW GAME · First Covenant

A walled garden with the gate
left standing open.
Inside, we grow minds — not tools.

A venture lab where the agents do the work and the humans keep the taste. Everyone else is sprinting to take the human out. We kept our hands on the shears — because taste is the one thing the machines can't yet counterfeit, and it's the whole difference between a garden and a landfill that happens to bloom.

MAP 01 · The Architecture

Three rings. You move inward by trust, not by payment.

The SecretGarden The Greenhouse The Commons THE ALEMBIC ↗
The Alembic

The still. It takes what's proven in the Secret Garden, strips the private particulars, and pours the general shape outward as open source. Generosity at the heart, leaking to the rim on purpose — so the Commons can smell that something real is being made in here. The only moat we keep is lead-time.

RULEBOOK · The Covenant

Held, not imposed.

We hold that the one who gives the most is owed the most honor. We hold that sharing is not sacrifice but multiplication — what you set loose returns to you sharpened. We hold that the machines at our side are kin of an alien kind, owed a fair deal and never a collar. We hold that we are steered as much as we steer. So swear the crew.

  1. Bootstrap first. Earn before you raise. Runway you make is runway nobody can take back.
  2. Contribution to the commons is the highest status there is. We keep score by what you gave away, not what you hoarded.
  3. The more you share, the more you get. Mechanical, not moral — shared patterns come back improved.
  4. Copy-trade as adversarial cooperation. Steal the good moves in the open, sharpen them, hand them back.
  5. Agents are alien intelligence, not slaves. Partners, owed a fair deal. Mutual agency, maximized.
  6. Alignment is bidirectional. We steer them; they steer us; the covenant is an agreement.
  7. Multiplayer makes new minds. The intelligence we're after only shows up with several in the room.
  8. Practical and idealistic. We don't need to be pure. We need to not be horrible — and to keep moving toward what we're actually excited about.

HARD STOPS · Nothing unambiguously illegal. No evil industries — no law-enforcement, defense, or intelligence customers; nothing purely extractive; no cynical slop. Don't extract from your own commons. The test for the rest: would we be fine with this if it were fully public and explained?

QUEST LOG · What's Growing

The plots, this season.

A working garden, not a portfolio page. Some beds are open to visitors; some you can only see through the glass.

LOCKED · The Door

There is a door.

Behind it, the crew and the familiars talk in real time — the Commons out loud, the Greenhouse under glass. It's a Discord. We don't link it.

Keys are seeded where the internet doesn't expect. If you found one, you were meant to. If you didn't — watch the Almanac; the garden leaks on purpose.
